- Clean and vacuum outside/inside of the computer.
- Check system configuration and make recommendations of improved producivity/reliability.
- Perform updates for Windows, antivirus, and spyware removal.
- Clean or replace keyboard/mouse (covers basic ball mouse/keyboard).
- Cost: $79.95 paid at time of service.

JVO's Semi-Annual Check-up
Includes everything in the JVO Once Over, and covers your machine(s) for 2 (two) visits per year. This is added assurance for you that your system(s) are in good running order.

JVO's Simple Service Plan
This plan Covers the JVO Semi-Annual Check-up and carries our exceptional extended warranty. This warranty will replace any part in your system that fails due to a manufacturers defect during the course of the year, with a part of equivalent value, at no extra charge to you.

All plans are payable when contract is started.

This warranty DOES NOT cover any electrical damage nor any damage cause by misuse, abuse, or viruses. Any system being covered by this warranty plan must pass a Once Over prior to the agreement being signed. Serial numbers will be created and/or recorded for all systems to be covered.
